- You are under no obligation to proceed with any designer
- All negotiations and agreements are directly between you and the designer
Designer Verification
While we strive to work with reputable designers, we recommend:
- Reviewing designer portfolios and credentials
- Obtaining multiple quotes before making decisions
- Checking references and past work
- Ensuring proper contracts and deliverables are clearly defined
Limitation of Liability
MyWebs serves as a connection platform only. We are not responsible for:
- The quality of design or development work performed
- Disputes between customers and designers
- Financial transactions between parties
- Issues arising from website functionality or design
Pricing and Payments
Our lead generation service is free for customers. Website designers pay for qualified leads. All pricing negotiations and payments for website design projects are handled directly between customers and designers.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on MyWebs remain our property or that of our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
